 - A Field & Walking Tour

October 6-9, 2011 – Winchester, Virginia – led by Scott C. Patchan

Finally, we’re going to present the complete, comprehensive, chronological 1864 Valley Campaign tour - designed and led by Scott C. Patchan, the leading authority on the subject.

It will be based throughout in Winchester, Virginia. Here is a summary of the itinerary:

Thursday, October 6 – tour Monocacy and Cool Spring

Friday, October 7 – tour Second Kernstown and Chambersburg

Saturday, October 8 – tour Third Winchester

Sunday, October 9 – tour Fishers Hill and Cedar Creek

Scott C. Patchan is a leading authority on the Civil War, particularly on the 1864 Shenandoah Valley Campaign and the Second Manassas Campaign.
